AOL affiliate logs on to Chapter 11 (The Deal)
In a widely expected move, the struggling Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based affiliate of America Online Inc. and Time Warner Inc. filed for Chapter 11 on Friday along with three subsidiaries and will wind down its business, according to court documents.
