Staubach Affiliate Wins Bidding War, Plans 400,000-SF Power Center (GlobeSt.com)
PEORIA, AZ-Cypress Equities West, a Dallas-based Staubach Co. affiliate, came in with a winning bid of $13.5 million during an auction for a 55-acre ground lease with the Arizona State Land Department.

Sabres trim roster to 28 (WSTM-TV NBC 3)
BUFFALO, N.Y. The Sabres have sent 14 players down to their A-H-L affiliate in Rochester. They include forward Daniel Paille (pie-AY'), who was Buffalo's second of two first-round draft picks in 2002.
