Transocean says in rig deal with Shell affiliate (Reuters.co.uk)
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Oil rig maker Transocean Inc. (RIG.N: Quote , Profile , Research ) said on Monday that it would upgrade a semisubmersible rig for an affiliate of Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L: Quote , Profile , Research ), a deal that could bring Transocean $385 million in revenue over three years.
