Sara Lee to sell Europe apparel business (Reuters via Yahoo! News)
Sara Lee Corp. on Monday said it entered into a definitive agreement to sell its European branded apparel business to an affiliate of private investment firm Sun Capital Partners Inc. as it aims to focus on its food, beverage, household and body care businesses.
