STEELHEADS SILVERTHORN RECALLED BY AHL AFFILIATE STARS BOISE, Idaho - The Idaho Steelheads announced today that rookie goaltender Steve Silverthorn has been recalled by the team’s American Hockey League affiliate Iowa Stars. The Dallas Stars recalled Iowa’s goaltender Mike Smith yesterday, under emergency conditions. Dallas is the National Hockey League affiliate of Iowa and Idaho.
