CW Plus Recruits Small-Market Affils (Mediaweek)
In a nod to the WB's affiliate strategy, the CW has begun to recruit smaller market affiliates (ranked 100 to 210) for a service called CW Plus. The service, distributed by stations over-the-air or via a cable-only channel (in markets where no station is available) would include the CW lineup, along with The Daily Buzz (the morning show created for WB affiliates) and some off-network sit-coms.
