MILAN (AFX) – The Milan bourse said it has cleared Telecom Italia SpA affiliate Italtel to go ahead with its initial public offering of shares. In a separate statement, the bourse said it has also cleared the IPO planned by Italy's forklift truck company Bolzoni SpA.
