Millea Holdings to acquire affiliate Nisshin Fire (Reuters via Yahoo! Asia News)
TOKYO, May 19 (Reuters) - Millea Holdings Inc. , Japan's biggest general insurer, said on Friday it would make affiliate Nisshin Fire & Marine Insurance Co. a wholly owned unit by buying the roughly 70 percent of Nisshin's shares that it does not already own.
