Jameson Inns to be bought for $181 mln, go private (Reuters via Yahoo! News)
Hotel operator Jameson Inns Inc. on Monday said it had agreed to be bought by an affiliate of private equity capital fund JER Partners for $181 million in cash, sending its shares up more than 24 percent.
