Bear Stearns to Buy Universal Hospital (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Medical equipment provider Universal Hospital Services Inc. said Monday it agreed to be acquired by Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, the private equity affiliate of Bear Stearns Cos., for about $712 million.
