Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ to make consumer loan affiliate subsidiary (International Herald Tribune)
Japanese megabank Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group said Thursday it will absorb a smaller consumer finance affiliate next year amid a slump in Japan's consumer finance business.
