Houghton to Merge with AEA Affiliate (Rigzone)
Houghton International has entered into an agreement to merge with a newly formed affiliate of AEA Investors LLC (AEA). The merger agreement is subject to shareholder approval and the satisfaction of the various closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close before the end of the year.

TAQA signs joint co-operation agreement with National Power Company of Saudi Arabia (AME Info)
With the aim of increasing its portfolio of energy assets and reinforcing its position as a global energy company, the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA), announced today that it has signed an agreement to co-operate on joint developments with National Power Company (NPC), an affiliate of the Al-Zamil and El-Seif Groups, regional investment groups based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
