Rexnord affiliate purchases GA Industries (Pittsburgh Business Times)
Rexnord LLC announced Friday that its affiliate, Zurn Industries LLC, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the stock of Pittsburgh-area GA Industries Inc. for $76 million in cash.
