Crunch, Blue Jackets announce ECHL affiliate (WSTM Central New York)
The Syracuse Crunch announced that the Columbus Blue Jackets have entered into an affiliation agreement with the Johnstown Chiefs to serve as the ECHL affiliate for both clubs.

B. Groulx will coach team's AHL affiliate (Sun-Sentinel)
Benoit Groulx has been named coach of the Panthers' primary American Hockey League affiliate in Rochester, N.Y. Groulx, 40, replaces Randy Cunneyworth, who left the Americans last month to become an assistant coach for the Atlanta Thrashers.
